Charges Filed in Rusk Co. Homicide

Charges are being filed against the alleged killer of a man in Rusk County. 

The body of Ladysmith resident Terry DuSell was found weeks ago with police saying that Charles Allers later admitted to fatally shooting the victim. 

DuSell’s wife was charged with hiding the corpse.  Allers has now been charged with 1st Degree-Intentional Homicide. CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE WITH WEAU 13.
