The suspect in a weekend shooting incident in Clark County is in custody.
Police say someone opened fire on a home and on a four-wheeler Saturday afternoon. No injuries were reported. Black River Falls resident Desmond Smith was arrested after a brief pursuit. He faces a list of charges including Recklessly Endangering Safety, Operating A Firearm While Intoxicated and OWI.
