A Galesville man is in custody and charged with his seventh OWI offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says 65-year-old Curtis Harnish was pulled over on Highway 35 in Trempealeau County yesterday afternoon for not wearing his seatbelt. Garnish reportedly couldn’t pass a field sobriety test, was arrested, and charged with operating while intoxicated for the seventh time.
