Local health officials are warning residents about a rise in Hand, Foot and Mouth disease in the Chippewa Valley.
The Eau Claire County Health Department says it’s been receiving reports of the virus going around. A public health nurse told 18 News that schools and daycares should be implementing thorough sanitation policies as the virus is common in those spaces.
