Another Democrat is announcing a run for Wisconsin’s first congressional district.
Mitchell Berman, a former VA nurse from Racine County, says he’s challenging Republican incumbent Bryan Steil for the seat. Berman is the second democrat to join the face, joining Randy Bryce.
