The case against a man charged following a deadly vehicle collision in Eau Claire County is moving forward.
Seventy-eight-year-old Fall Creek resident Dale Soltwisch died after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 12 July 19th. Thirty-eight-year-old Eau Claire resident James Jones is charged with knowingly operating a motor vehicle while suspended and causing death. On Tuesday, Jones waived his right to a preliminary hearing is set to go to trial.
