WI DNR Reminds Boaters of Water Safety

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is warning boaters to keep the waters safe over July 4th weekend. 

Law enforcement is taking part in an annual campaign to prevent boating while impaired.  Officials say boating under the influence is illegal in Wisconsin.  Impairment from alcohol or drugs significantly increases the risk of incidents, injuries and death.
