An Eleva man is facing charges following a fatal crash in Eau Claire County.
Deputies responded to State Highway 93 for a crash Saturday night. The officer saw a heavily damaged truck, as well as a damaged SUV in the southeast ditch of the intersection. The passenger in the SUV was pronounced dead on the scene. Kirk Johnson was arrested and is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
