Fire crews are investigating how a fire started at an assisted living facility in Holmen.
The fire took place yesterday on the 3000 block of Circle Drive. When fire crews arrived at the scene, they saw light smoke coming from one of the rooms, but no flames were spotted. The facility was evacuated as crews could put the fire/smoke out. No one was injured and crews believe the fire started from an air conditioning unit.
