One of the teens accused of shooting his BB gun at moving cars got his case settled.
Dominic Hepperle was charged last year when he was 17-years-old and had four total counts against him. Two people reported their cars were hit by someone shooting at cars. One of the people hit got some cuts on their face. Yesterday Hepperle was given a deferred agreement as part of a plea deal. As long as he follows the agreement and doesn’t commit any crimes, his charges will be dropped.
