The man accused of kidnapping a pregnant Beaver Dam teen is back in Wisconsin.
Gary Day was extradited yesterday to the state. Day faces charges of child abduction and child enticement in Dodge County after 17-year-old Sophia Franklin went missing in February. The 40-year-old is believed to be the father of the teen’s unborn child. Authorities arrested Day earlier this month at an Omaha truck stop when they saw him and Franklin traveling together.
