Three of the four men accused of holding down and killing a man outside Milwaukee’s downtown Hyatt are in custody.
A judge yesterday set bond for two of the suspects, the third is waiting to go before a judge. The fourth suspect has yet to turn himself in to police. Milwaukee County prosecutors are charging all four with murder in connection to D’Vontaye Mitchell’s death. The medical examiner says he died from restraint asphyxia, as well as the toxic effects of cocaine and meth in late June.
The four men all work at the hotel, and took Mitchell outside after he was acting erratically in the hotel’s women’s restroom.
