The ten-year-old girl charged in the death of an infant will not stand trial. The girl was found not competent yesterday.
She is charged in the October death of six-month-old Jaxon Hunter. State law requires that those who are at least ten-years-old and charged with first degree reckless homicide must be charged as an adult.
