The Altoona Police Department has found the family a lost triangle American flag display belongs to. Police found the display behind the seat of a pickup truck at a junkyard in Racine yesterday and immediately began searching for its owners.
By last night the police department said it had made contact with the family and was in the process of getting the display returned.
