The man accused of killing a five-year-old in Milwaukee is pleading guilty.
Twenty-seven-year-old David Pietura is pleading guilty to first degree murder charges in the death of Prince McCree. Two charges were dropped. McCree’s case inspired the Prince Act, which expands missing child alerts for those that don’t qualify for Amber Alerts. Pietura is facing life in prison at his sentencing on July 26.
