The University of Wisconsin is looking to add a six week paid family program.
Regents are expected to consider the plan at their meeting on Thursday. The idea is to provide that paid leave to families who have had a baby, or adopted a new child. There is no word on just how many UW employees would qualify, or just how much the proposal would cost.
