The FBI is now investigating Sun Badger Solar for its unfinished work.
The federal involvement was revealed last week when a warrant from last December was unearthed. Sun Badger Solar closed its doors back in February of last year. That left hundreds of people and businesses with unfinished or unworkable solar panels. Many people say they paid the company thousands of dollars and either got nothing, or got solar panels that were so poorly installed they never worked.
The FBI is investigating Sun Badger Solar for fraud. There’s no word on any pending arrests in the case.
