A Racine County man wants to oust Wisconsin’s powerful Assembly Speaker before this November’s election.
Matthew Snorek of Burlington yesterday filed a recall notice against Speaker Robin Vos. Snorek says Vos is standing in the way of fair elections in the state because he hasn’t moved to impeach the administrator at the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Snorek is also upset with Vos’ lack of support for former President Trump. He will need to gather thousands of signatures to force a recall election. Vos yesterday said the recall push is a waste of ‘time, effort, and resources.’
