Prosecutors in Brown County are adding charges against the 16-year-old girl who they once called the largest fentanyl dealer in their local schools.
Maylia Sotelo was just 15 when police arrested her in connection to an 18-year-old’s fentanyl overdose. She was in court yesterday to face new charges. Those new charges include allegations that she sold drugs in local schools. Prosecutors say they have a mountain of evidence from Facebook and other places that show Sotelo talking about dealing marijuana and fentanyl, and even talking about that deadly overdose.
Sotelo is now being held on 250 thousand-dollars cash bond.
