A Platteville couple recently survived a close call on a sinking ship in the Bahamas.
Chad and Kelly Schissel and his wife Kelly say they were among 100 passengers on a catamaran when it started to sink. They say there were no directions from the crew, and passengers scrambled for life jackets and jumped in the water as the ship became submerged. A 74-year-old woman died, and two others were injured.
