It is going to be a very busy day at the Wisconsin Capitol, as lawmakers are looking to have the final say on dozens of proposed laws today.
Both the Wisconsin Assembly and Wisconsin Senate are at the Capitol today. Lawmakers will decide on everything from new rules for food delivery, to the strip search of high school students, to the public funding for the Brewers’ ballpark. Many of the proposed laws will not become law. Governor Evers has already threatened to veto several of them.
