A man who pulled a gun on his neighbor sent Ladysmith Schools into lockdown.
Police say it happened about 3:30 yesterday afternoon. Ladysmith Police say 57-year-old Corwin Blackwell pointed a rifle at his neighbor while the neighbor was mowing his lawn. It happened not far from Ladysmith Elementary School, and while the kids were already gone, school officials ordered a lockdown for anyone who was left in the building.
Police arrested Blackwell on first-degree recklessly endangering safety charges.
