Gas prices in the Chippewa Valley are on the way up.
Triple-A says the average price for a gallon of regular in Eau Claire is now three-dollars and 48-cents. That’s up 22 cents from last week. Three-dollars and 48-cents per-gallon is also Triple-A’s statewide average price. While gas is more expensive than a week ago, Triple-A says it’s still cheaper than last year. At this point last year, drivers in Eau Claire were paying three-dollars and 66-cents per-gallon.
