Liberal Judge Janet Protasiewicz will finally appear alongside conservative Justice Dan Kelly at the debate hosted by the State Bar of Wisconsin and a Madison TV station. Tomorrow’s debate is set for 12:45 tomorrow afternoon in Madison.
