Mother Nature starts of off with winter weather hiccups again this week. There’s another Winter Storm Warning for Eau Claire and the Chippewa Valley today.
The National Weather Service is leaving the warning in place til 10 o’clock this morning. Forecasters expect as much as two-tenths-of-an-inch of ice to fall across the area. The freezing rain that fell overnight will continue into early this morning. Road crews are warning of a slick drive to work and school.
After today’s ice, forecasters say western Wisconsin will see a few more chances for snow later this week.
