Former Wisconsin Governor Tony Earl has passed away.
Governor Tony Evers’ Office says former Governor Earl died this morning at 86-years-old after suffering a stroke last weekend. Earl was the 41st governor of Wisconsin and served one term from 1983 to 1987. All flags in Wisconsin are now being flown at half-staff in his honor.
