Milwaukee is on the list for worst trucking bottlenecks in the country.
The interchange at I-94 and I-43 is 94th on the list from the American Transportation Research Institute. The interchange made the list because of its slow speed, averaging just over 46 miles-per-hour. The junction at I-94 and I-43 is Wisconsin’s only entry on the list. Illinois has five bottlenecks on the list, Minnesota has three, and Michigan has just one as well.
