WI Wolf Management Up For Debate

We’re due for an update on Wisconsin’s wolf hunting plan this week. 

The state’s Department of Natural Resources is holding a public hearing tomorrow afternoon to get feedback on the new plan.  DNR’s updated wolf plan removes a specific number for the state’s wolf population, and would make other changes for hunting and trapping.  The plan must go before the public before it can go to the DNR Board for a vote.
