Lawyers for the woman accused of chopping-up her boyfriend after a day of drug use want another delay in her case.
Taylor Schabusiness’ attorneys now say they need more time to review the evidence in the case. Schabusiness is set to go on trial early next month. Her lawyers have asked for several delays in the past, mainly to see if she’s competent enough to stand trial. Doctors have repeatedly said that she is. Police say Schabusiness strangled her boyfriend while they were having sex, then chopped-up his body and hid the pieces around his house.
