Mark Jensen will not tell the jury in his second trial for his wife’s death his side of the story.
Jensen’s defense rested its case yesterday, without calling Jensen to testify. He’s on trial, again, for his wife’s 1998 death. Prosecutors say he poisoned her, and in 2008 he was convicted. But the Wisconsin Supreme Court later overturned that conviction, and ordered a new trial. Closing arguments will begin later this morning, and the jury may get the case by this afternoon.
