Four Chippewa Valley lawmakers are proposing a ten percent tax cut for middle class workers in Wisconsin. Barron Representative Romaine Quinn says the group wants to cut taxes for families making less than 150-thousand dollars a year and individuals making less than 100-thousand dollars a year.
Quinn also says Governor Toy Evers promised a middle class tax break during his campaign and he wants them to work together on a plan they can both agree on. About two-million Wisconsin residents would be impacted by the proposal.
