Silver Mine Hill is celebrating 50 years of ski jumping as the 133rd annual Silver Mine Invitational kicks off tonight.
The hill opened in March 1969 and has hosted multiple future Olympians, some of which will be competing this weekend. Gates open for the competition at five o’clock tonight and four o’clock tomorrow night.
