TEN YEAR OLD FACES ADULT COURT;HOMICIDE CHARGE

The ten-year-old charged in the death of an infant will continue to face an adult court.  The ten-year-old was back in court yesterday, charged in the death of six-month-old Jaxon Hunter.

Wisconsin law requires anyone ten-years-old or older and charged with first degree reckless homicide must be charged as an adult.  The girl’s lawyers attempted to get the charge dropped yesterday, but failed.
