Eau Claire Parks and Recreation is excited to announce that the Warming Shelters and Ice Rinks
are open at Boyd, Roosevelt, Putnam Heights, and Pinehurst. The City Parks flooding crew will be flooding the rinks over the weekend to keep building the ice.
