Eau Claire may be getting several new housing projects. A total of three projects would add 360 new rental units to the area. The mix of apartments, senior living and townhomes are just waiting approval from the city. Eau Claire’s Plan Commission is set to review rezoning requests this evening at the Courthouse. The City Council will then vote on the projects next week.
