Erica K Trow, 48 years of age, from Eau Claire has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 7th offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol Communications Center received multiple reports of a GMC Acadia that was unable to maintain lane and nearly crashed on I-90/94 near Lake Delton. The vehicle had exited the interstate on US Highway 12 and entered Lake Delton. It was reported the vehicle had driven down a sidewalk and into a gas station parking lot. A trooper located and stopped the vehicle at the gas station. The driver, identified as 48-year-old Erica K. Trow of Eau Claire, was found to show signs of impairment. After performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Trow was arrested.
An evidentiary blood draw was completed, and Trow was booked into the Sauk County Jail. Charges include 7th offense operating while under the influence, operating while revoked, failure to install ignition interlock device, possession of open intoxicants, and parole violations.
