It costs more to fill-up in Wisconsin than many other states. Triple-A says Wisconsin drivers are paying more than the national average for a gallon of regular gas.
The national average is three-dollars and 72-cents, while the Wisconsin average is three-dollars and 76-cents. Gas prices have been rising recently. Gas prices are more than five cents higher than last week, and may go higher still. Forecasters say Hurricane Ian could disrupt oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico this week.
