WI Reports Monkeypox Cases

Monkeypox is officially declared a public health emergency in the U.S.

Here in our state, a report from the Wisconsin Department of Health says as of Wednesday, there are 23 confirmed cases. The first case was reported on June 30th. Monkeypox spreads through close contact with skin. Most people recover within two to four weeks without needing treatment.
