The Wisconsin Assembly is being forced to pay attorney fees for a liberal watchdog group suing over the Michael Gableman investigation.
Today a Dane County judge ruled the Assembly will pay American Oversight at least 98-thousand dollars using tax payer dollars. American Oversight has sued Gableman, claiming he broke Wisconsin open records laws while investigating the 2020 election.
