A young man from Rusk County will spend the rest of his life behind bars for a double killing back in 2020.
A judge yesterday sentenced 19-year-old Joseph Falk to life in prison without the possibility of parole for Robert and Bonnie Rosolowski’s murders. Falk pleaded guilty. The other shooter, 23-year-old Adam Rosolowski, the grandson of the murder victims, has also pleaded guilty but he’s not yet been sentenced. Investigators say Rosolowski and Falk killed the elderly couple and stole their truck.
