A new Dane County judge will not be overseeing a lawsuit between Michael Gableman and a liberal watchdog group.
Judge Frank Remington rejected Gableman’s request today. Gableman was found in contempt of court last month after he accused Remington of bias during a hearing. Gableman was hired by Wisconsin Assembly Republicans to look into the 2020 election.
