Brett Favre is facing new questions about his role in a Mississippi welfare fraud case.
The Mississippi Department of Human Services yesterday sued Favre and several others over 20 million-dollars in misspent welfare money. Favre is accused of accepting two million-dollars for speeches he never gave. He paid the money back. The lawsuit says Favre was more involved in the plans to get ahold of the money.
The suit also names former pro wrestlers from the DiBiase family and administrators with Mississippi’s Department of Human Services.c
