No Human Cases of Bird Flu In WI

There are no human cases of the bird flu in Wisconsin, at least not yet.

The CDC yesterday said someone who works with birds in Colorado tested positive for the flu, but they don’t think that’s the norm. In Wisconsin, the state’s Department of Agriculture says the bird flu has been found in flocks in ten counties, as well as a number of wild birds across the state. There are, however, no reports of any people getting sick with the H5 bird flu.
