Eau Claire County’s district attorney yesterday said 43-year-old Demetrio Jackson died from a heart attack, likely brought-on by a heart condition and lethal amount of meth. Jackson died in the hospital about two weeks after he was arrested back in October for standing on top of a car and screaming along Harlem Street. The D.A. says the officers involved will not be charged in the case.
