A lost and found box can be full of treasures, but for this week’s Friday Feel Good we unearth a treasure that has stories to tell.
This week’s Friday Feel Good starts in the skies of World War II and lands here on Earth many decades later.
There was a bomber jacket from World War II, that was accidentally left behind at a Washington restaurant in the 1950s. Since then, the person who found it had held tight and been searching for the original owner. Just recently, there was a close connection.
After all those years, the jacket was returned to the daughter of its original owner more than 60 years later.
Proof that some missions in life take longer to land than others.
