Some of the loudest applause at Milwaukee’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade were for the Dancing Grannies.
The grannies returned to dance in a parade for the first time since last November’s attack at the Waukesha Christmas Parade. Four Dancing Grannies were killed in that attack. On Saturday, crowds lined-up to cheer the grannies who marched through downtown Milwaukee. The grannies, of course, wore buttons to remember their fallen friends.
