This could be the day where a 14-year-old finds out if he will face adult charges in a carjacking and sexual assault case.
The teenager is due in court on charges that he stole an 87-year-old woman’s car at knife point, then raped her just days after the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack. Today’s hearing will decide if the case will remain in juvenile court. Prosecutors have said they’d like to see the case moved into adult court.
