Milwaukee County’s D.A.’s office isn’t saying there’s no evidence of voter fraud from the 2020 election, instead prosecutors are saying there is no evidence that several voters in nursing homes were sent ballots without requesting one.
Prosecutors yesterday said they will not be filing charges against state Elections Commissioners Ann Jacobs and Mark Thomsen. The D.A.’s office said in a statement that “there has been no evidence submitted that any of the individuals who received ballots did not request them.” Racine County’s sheriff is pushing the case, he says several people in nursing homes there had someone illegally vote for them.
He wanted charges from the Milwaukee County D.A. because Jacobs and Thomsen live in Milwaukee County, and that’s where state law says they must be charged.
