Man Accused Of Green Bay Murder Pleads Not Guilty

A man accused of killing another man and burning his body near University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is pleading not guilty. 

Pedro Santiago-Marquez pleaded not guilty this morning to first-degree intentional homicide and being involved in mutilating a corpse.  He demanded a speedy trial and had his trial set for April 18th.  Santiago-Marquez is accused of killing Jason Mendez-Ramos over a drug debt back in September.  Two other men are also facing charges in connection with the crime.
