It’s false imprisonment charges for the superintendent of one Oconto County school for strip searching students.
The D.A.’s Office filed the charges yesterday against Superintendent Kelly Casper. She’s accused of forcing five young women to strip down to their underwear in an attempt to find vaping cartridges. Originally, prosecutors refused to file charges because they said Casper didn’t make the teens get completely naked. The new charges say she lacked the authority to confine the teens to the small room where the search took place.
